The Temple of the Light
A downloadable game for Windows
This game is a submission for Lux Jam, 48 hours game jam challenge.
Darkness rises underground people scream in terror. Someone yells in the background: What is going on! All the lights go out. Darkness holds the entire world except for the lamp of hope, and monsters start to arise from the darkness. And the old man says: "It looks like the prophecy was true. You, little girl, are the chosen one. And you must take the lamp of hope to the ultimate light source to restore the light for our world."

What I would do if I have 2 more hours:
- polish sounds, hurt sound is slightly confusing, death sound would be nice to be more distinguished
- add a text when you beat the game
- polish physics, parkour section feels messy
- add more sounds
- add colliers around the village

The umbrella will spawn next to the spawn after you kill a bear.

you have a lot of the base elements right in the game story, platformer, puzzle, and it functions if you can just hone them though I think you'll have a pretty good game i.e. combat feels a bit like mine craft and there's no real threat in the game there's not much in the way of visuals and the story outside of the start is pretty nonexistent but overall a pretty well put together indie game my play through here:
